DOSAGE
Chickens: 20 mg oxytetracycline/kg bw/day (2.5 g Product/100 kg bw/day, 1.4 g/10 L drinking water)
Pigs: 20 mg oxytetracycline/kg bw/day (2.5 g product/10 L water)
Estimated water consumption: 1L/10 kg bw
INDICATION(S)
In chickens (broilers, breeding hens) and pigs:
-Treatment and metaphylaxis at the group level of septicaemia, respiratory and gastrointestinal infections caused by bacteria sensitive to oxytetracycline.
The presence of disease in the herd/group should be established before the product is used.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Meat and offal:
Chickens, pigs: 7 days
Eggs: Do not use in laying birds producing eggs intended for human consumption.
Presentation: 50 g, 100 g, 500 g, 1 kg, 2.5 kg
Content: 800 mg/g Oxytetracycline base (as Oxytetracycline HCl)
